Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Nutella
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until fully combined.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter, then spread the remaining batter on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the blondies cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
