- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- ½ cup Nutella
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Mix in the baking soda and salt. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spoon half of the Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
