Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk Warm
  • ¼ cup Butter Melted
  • 2 Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread Nutella evenly over the dough.
  5. 5. Roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut the log in half lengthwise and twist the two halves together. Place in a greased loaf pan.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the dough rise in the pan for another 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
