Filling

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Raisins

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs until smooth.
  4. Stir in the raisins.
