  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for a minute or two.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  7. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
