1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Divide the dough in half, shape into discs, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. In another bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple juice concentrate. Mix well.
5. Roll out one disc of dough on a floured surface and fit it into a pie dish. Add the apple filling.
6. Roll out the second disc of dough and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let cool before serving.
