Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Fresh Fruit berries, bananas, etc.
  • to taste Nuts almonds, walnuts, etc.
  • to taste Seeds pumpkin, sunflower, etc.

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. 2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. 4. In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favorite toppings before serving.
