No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
Topping
- 1 lb Fresh Strawberries sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust in the springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
5. Before serving, top with sliced fresh strawberries.
