Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs for the crust
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar for the crust
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter melted, for the crust
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream whipped to stiff peaks

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
