No-Bake Lemon Pie
A refreshing, easy-to-make lemon pie that requires no baking.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Filling
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Pour into crust.
Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
