Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Pour into crust.
  3. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
