No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

- 1 cup Butter melted
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.
3. Press half of the oat mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat layer in the baking dish.
6. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer and press gently.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
