- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder.
Add the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
