Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream cold

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
