Cheesecake Filling
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Cream cold
Crust
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Divide mixture evenly among jars and press down to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the jars over the crust. Top with fresh berries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
