Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup green beans, blanched
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked potatoes, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 can tuna, drained
- ¼ cup black olives
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup vinaigrette dressing
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes.
2. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs, tuna, black olives, and red onion on top of the salad.
3. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
