  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup green beans, blanched
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked potatoes, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup vinaigrette dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes.
  2. 2. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs, tuna, black olives, and red onion on top of the salad.
  3. 3. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing and toss gently to combine.
