  • 1.5 cups Warm water 110°F
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and let rest for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  8. 8. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper, add your favorite toppings, and slide it onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
  9. 9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
