Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 4 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Eggs room temperature

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before removing from pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
