Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 lb White Fish cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and celery, cook until softened.
  3. Add potatoes and fish stock, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add fish chunks and cook until fish is opaque, about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
