Mushroom Swiss Omelette

Main Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook without stirring until they start to set.
5. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over one half of the omelette.
6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted.
7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
