  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with sliced mushrooms and shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
