Mushroom Swiss Chicken Recipe

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with sliced mushrooms and shredded Swiss cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
