Mushroom Swiss Chard Quiche

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Swiss chard, chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Swiss chard, cook until tender.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Spread the cooked mushrooms and Swiss chard evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
