Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 500 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
  6. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
