Ingredients

  • 1 piece Flatbread
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the mushroom and spinach mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. 5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7. Slice and serve warm.
