Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Leeks sliced
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add leeks and mushrooms, cook until softened.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the leek and mushroom mixture over the puff pastry. Pour the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tart is golden and set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
