Mushroom Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 4 oz Goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms are tender.
Add thyme, salt, and pepper to the mushroom mixture. Stir well and remove from heat.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the mushroom mixture and a small piece of goat cheese in the center of each square.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
