Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 small Shallot minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add shallot and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms, cook until they release their moisture and it evaporates.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine, cook until evaporated.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in parsley.
