Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Flatbread store-bought or homemade
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese grated
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the flatbread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the flatbread is crispy.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with truffle oil.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
