Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece Flatbread store-bought or homemade
  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Truffle Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the flatbread is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with truffle oil.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
