Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water

Instructions 

  1. Mix warm water and honey in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and salt.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
