- 6 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped spinach

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, and spinach.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin pan cups.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
