Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
