- 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 2 large Tomatoes sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
- a few leaves Fresh Basil for garnish
1. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
2. Arrange the slices on a serving plate, alternating between mozzarella and tomato slices.
3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the slices.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
