Spread marshmallow cream on the flat side of half the cookies.
Top with the remaining cookies to form sandwiches.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip each sandwich in melted chocolate, covering completely.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
