Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef flank steak thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Coat the beef slices with cornstarch and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Return the beef to the wok and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
