- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Instant coffee granules dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
- 2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and dissolved coffee granules.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
