Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed greens washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
- 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
