Mixed Berry French Toast Casserole

- 8 slices Bread preferably day-old
- 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
