- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup Mint chocolate chips
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups Powdered sugar
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mint chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the vanilla extract to the melted mixture and stir well.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently to coat the cereal evenly.
4. Place the powdered sugar in a large Ziploc bag. Add the coated cereal to the bag, seal it, and shake until the cereal is well-coated with powdered sugar.
5. Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet to cool and set. Store in an airtight container.
