- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Ice Cream
- 1 quart Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
Scoop ice cream onto one cookie and top with another to make a sandwich. Repeat for all cookies.
