Crust
- 1.5 cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
- 0.25 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 quart Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream softened
- 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
- 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips for garnish
Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
Spread the softened mint chocolate chip ice cream evenly over the crust.
Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
