Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 1 quart Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream softened
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Spread the softened mint chocolate chip ice cream evenly over the crust.
  4. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
