Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla extract, and mint extract. Beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture, beating until well blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
