Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon filling over crusts and smooth the tops. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
