Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Key Lime Juice
  • 3 Egg Yolks

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crusts for 5 minutes, then let them cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crusts and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Let the pies cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
