- 12 pieces Mini Bell Peppers halved and seeded
- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each mini bell pepper half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
