Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pie Crusts 2 crusts

Filling

  • 2 cups Apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles to fit muffin tin.
  3. Press crust circles into muffin tin cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  5. Spoon apple mixture into crusts.
  6. Cut remaining pie crust into strips and create lattice tops for each pie.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
