Main Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: shredded cheese, chopped veggies, or herbs
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl.
Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir.
Microwave for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, until eggs are set.
Add optional ingredients if desired and stir.
