- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ cup warm water
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, until brown spots appear.
