  • ¾ cup warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, until brown spots appear.
