Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2.25 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Pecans finely chopped
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter and ½ cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in chopped pecans.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly, then roll in additional powdered sugar while still warm. Roll again once completely cooled.
