Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sliced red onions
  • ½ cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped olives
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of hummus on each tortilla.
  3. 3. Evenly distribute the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, and olives on top of the hummus.
  4. 4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut them in half if desired.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
