Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the toppings are heated through.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
