Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Flatbreads
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the toppings are heated through.
Drizzle with tzatziki sauce before serving.
