Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
