Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
